Our Community Health System Inc is Hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative Near Buckhead, GA
About us
Our Community Health System Inc is one of few High Tech/High Touch Preventative Care Medical offices in the country. We focus on preventing critical illness and preventable death by providing healthcare tools/devices and community education events daily.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to patients seeking technical assistance, ensuring a positive experience.
2. Remote Assistance: Offer remote assistance to patients by guiding them through troubleshooting steps to address issues.
3. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided for future reference and improvement.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest updates, features, and technical specifications of medical devices to provide accurate information to patients.
5. Data Security and Privacy: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, safeguarding patient information during support interactions.
6. Multi-Channel Support: Offer support through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and video conferencing to accommodate different patient preferences.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from patients regarding their experiences with Customer Service and use this information to improve service quality.
8. Collaboration with IT Department: Work closely with the IT department to address network issues, software conflicts, and other technical challenges that may affect device functionality.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience 3 years
- Knowledge of some medical terminology
- Proficiency in microsoft office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills for maintaining electronic records
